Is it really free during the beta?
Yes. The whole product, no credit card. The prices shown are the ones planned for after the beta.
What is the difference between Toile and Atelier?
Toile counts: 40 products, 3 suppliers, 5 production orders. That is the shape of a first collection carried by one person. Atelier stops counting, and opens shoots, from planning to delivering the files.
What if there are two of us?
You add a person for €19 a month, on any paid plan. Inviting someone should never be a budget decision.
Who counts as an editor?
Someone who creates and edits. Viewers and external guests, photographers, factories, suppliers or agents, are free and unlimited.
We are a team: how is it calculated?
One person is included, each next one costs €19 a month and €14 from the 4th added. On Atelier a team of three pays €77 and a team of six €124. There is no team tier to cross: the price follows your team, person by person.
Is working together reserved for one plan?
No. Real time, approvals, roles and permissions, comments: everyone gets them, the free plan included. They only matter from the second person on, and the second person is already paid for.
What happens to my data if I don’t pay later?
You lose nothing: a premium section that closes becomes read-only and stays exportable at any time.
Can I change plans along the way?
Yes, at any time, in both directions.
When should we move to Maison?
When the organisation itself becomes the subject: several brands, several workspaces, administration, access rules, guided onboarding. Below that, Atelier and its extra people are enough, and cost less.
